The KRONE 2023 campaign was a bold, cinematic celebration of art, place, and identity—performance directed and lensed by Liese Kuhn. Shot over two days across iconic Cape Town locations including Cosy Bay, WhatIfTheWorld gallery, and a series of striking architectural homes, the campaign blended fashion, movement, and environment into a layered visual narrative.
The project was creatively directed by Ilana Swanepoel, an award-winning brand storyteller known for her artful approach to visual identity and concept development. Styling and wardrobe were led by Kristi Vlok, a sought-after costume designer and stylist whose intuitive sense of texture, silhouette, and storytelling through clothing brought the campaign’s world to life. Together, the team crafted a body of work that reflects KRONE’s ethos of elegance, edge, and rootedness in contemporary South African culture.
